This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Singh Academy, an affiliate of Expert Advisors Group, LLC, and you (“Member”). By enrolling in any Singh Academy course or training, you agree to the following terms:

• Enrollment Order: Your order for a course, workshop, or training.
• Materials: Videos, documents, outlines, and all resources provided to you.
• Service: Singh Academy’s training platform and content.
• User: Anyone using the Service under your account.
• Term: Duration of your access to the Service.
• Privacy Policy: How we collect, use, and store your data (see below).

2. Access & Use of the Service

• You may use the Service according to your Enrollment Order.
• Written materials may be used personally or in training (with credit).
• Do not reproduce or share video or graphic content without written permission.
• Singh Academy may revise or discontinue features without notice.
• Trainings are for educational purposes only — no certification is implied unless stated.

3. Fees & Refunds

• All Enrollment Fees are due in full upon registration.
• All sales are final — no refunds will be issued.

4. Privacy & Data

• We take data privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy below.
• Member is responsible for protecting login information.
• We do not accept or store sensitive or client-privileged data.
• Inactive or unpaid accounts may be deleted after 30 days.
• We may use anonymized data for research or service improvement.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not share, resell, or misuse your access.
• Suspicious activity may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for all use under your account.
• You must comply with all relevant laws, including data protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by Singh Academy or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our Materials without written permission.
• Feedback you submit may be used to improve our Services without compensation.

7. Confidentiality

• Training content and discussions are confidential.
• You may not disclose any confidential materials to third parties.
• Breaches may lead to legal action or removal from the program.
• All confidential information remains the property of Singh Academy.

8. No Warranties

• The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantees or warranties.
• Materials are for general education and do not constitute legal advice.
• Singh Academy is not responsible for outcomes in your mediation practice.

9. Legal Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Singh Academy and related parties against any legal claims arising from:

• Improper use of the Service
• Claims of malpractice or legal breaches
• Privacy or copyright violations
• Unlawful use of collected data

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your course.
